KWALATA CULTURAL & SHEBEEN TOUR
On the cultural tour we embark on a trip to the vibrant Mandela Village close to Kwalata Game Ranch. This town was established during the time of the release of former President Nelson Mandela, here we will have a chance to view a full sized bronze statue of our respected statesman. Thereafter we will be entertained in a true township style by the locals and enjoy true African hospitality at its best.
The Kwalata – Mandela Village Cultural tour experience includes the following:
Tour to neighbouring Mandela Village and Morokolong; Mandela square – History and crafters; Visit to a spaza shop (informal trading post from a house); Traditional dancers / Gumboot dancers performance; A look at life in a tin house; Visits to schools and day care centers – morning tours; The drumbeat of Sangoma’s unwinding the future while the dolosse are thrown! _ Finishing off at Khuwana Tavern, a Mozambican Tavern where the best Maputo braai chickens are served . . . this promises to be a long remembered evening/ morning!

MYSTIC MONKEYS AND FEATHERS WILDLIFE PARK
Mystic Monkeys and Feathers Wildlife Park hosts one of South Africa’s largest private primate collections featuring 38 species, in addition to a large number of beautiful, exotic birds. The zoo is also home to predators, such as White Lions, Tigers and Cheetahs. Skulls Paintball, 4 km out of Bela-Bela, just before Klein Kariba keeps children, teenagers as well as elder persons busy for hours! Three games daily at 09:00, 12:00 and 15:00. 30 Persons can participate at a time. Please book or enquire about availability before you arrive, as we are often very busy during holiday times.
