Ra-Molopo is situated at Rooiberg in the Limpopo province, 80 km west from
Bela-Bela, in the picturesque and malaria free Waterberg biosphere.
Ra-Molopo, embracing some 2 000 acres of pristine bushveld, is positioned on the edge of an escarpment. You can expect to be thrilled by panoramic views of wide open expanses fringed by the high rises of the picturesque Waterberg
in the distance.
Ra-Molopo boasts a wide range of accommodation options from the very upmarket Chapman's Peak lodge to the more rustic bush camp. What sets us apart though, is the fact that we accommodate up to 110 guests. This makes Ra-Molopo the ideal venue for conferences, weddings and other special occasions.
All accommodation is fully equipped for self catering, although we recommend that you treat yourself to some traditional South African delicacies at the restaurant.
The two lodges and bush camp sport their own private splash pools overlooking the landscape, while the chalet guests can enjoy the rock pool and deck area at the restaurant. Ample parking is available.
Fine dining, African style
Apart from the unique outdoor settings, meals are served in the restaurant at the main complex, seating up to 110 people for a lavish buffet or a la carte style dining. On sunny days we expand the dining area onto the deck, and evenings are often spent relaxing around the campfire after dinner.
The main complex also sports a true South African bar where a round of drinks can be enjoyed while enjoying your favourite sport on a big screen television.
Conference facilities beyond compare
Our conference facility seats up to 40 delegates U-shape or 70 delegates classroom style. Full multi-media facilities (such as an overhead projector and screen, flip charts, photocopier, note pads and pens) are at your disposal.
For smaller, executive breakaways, we recommend the Chapman’s Peak Lodge that can accommodate 8 people in stylish comfort.
The Naboom Bush Camp is fully equipped as a conference venue, and will appeal to groups of up to 20 people who desire a slightly more rugged experience - perfect for teambuilding!
